My Story
My life before Scentsy was a challenge to say the least. Becoming a young widow with three children was heartbreaking. Working full time away from home and making our lives function was difficult. We all agreed to be a team and build our new lives together. We did the best we could and worked out any kinks together. Sustaining a life changing injury, that changed our lives again, after several surgeries and mobility issues till today are daily challenges.
Scentsy found me, not being familiar with the products or services, I agreed to have an online party. The party generated enough sales to get my start at no cost. Over many months my consultant believed in me and my abilities to be part of the Scentsy family. She invited me to their meetings, it was an immediate connection and I felt like their extended family! Staying on the fence and pondering for several more months. Deciding to take on a new adventure was the best decision for my family!
It was so exciting to receive everything to get my start and finally try and learn everything about the products and services. My sponsor, mentor, and now dear friend holds a special place in my heart for introducing me to this amazing company and opportunity. We can never stop learning new things, that is how we all grow.
My first product to try was the Classic Curve Gloss Gray Warmer. This warmer was a life changing safe scented element in our home. Prior to using a Warmer, my son and I were very bad at leaving candles burning unattended and overnight! My cats are safer and no singed fur on their tails from brushing against the candles. Our home is filled with amazing scents, and safety. The melted wax will not burn anyone and is not a dangerous fire hazard. I enjoy helping everyone become wick and soot free with our hand poured waxes!
There is so much more to experience besides warmers and wax! We had to try a little bit of everything! We sat after dinner smelling the testers and everyone made a list of their favorites. It has become a family obsession and quality family time! The timeframe to see results for me was immediate with my party. I observed and didn't even purchase anything, yet had many sales. Upon jumping over the fence all in, my personal results were also immediate. Sharing these products and services is a pleasure to enhance the lives of others. Everyone has their own preferences whether it be scents, laundry, kids, clean, bath & body or vehicle. Your possibilities are endless.
The best part of Scentsy is I am able to work as little or as much as I want from home. All while being with my kids and pets. I have fallen in LOVE with all of the products I have used. Sharing and meeting new people is very rewarding as I am a very social person. The economy is tough for everyone, however Scentsy help my family afford the rising costs. So excited for the future of my team and new products to share with my customers. I am honored to be in The Leadership Development University and where it will take my future!
